clusterbot fails on git installation

      Description of problem:

      When standing up a MicroShift host using cluster it has a significant chance of failing due to dnf error regarding git installation.
      Looks like package is already downloaded in the cache, so installing it fails on downloading the package ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

      1. just request microshift from clusterbot
