We need to decouple our CSI and CNI plugins so that it is possible for an upstream user to deploy alternative implementations. Our product won't immediately support alternatives, but we need to make this breaking change before GA.

Rename microshift-networking to microshift-$something (microshift-ovnk? microshift-redhat-networking?) and do not make the microshift RPM depend on the new RPM (so users must explicitly install both). Or come up with a better approach?

Provide instructions on how to add a different CNI provider
