      Currently we (inspired by apimachinery) only keep Major and Minor versions.
      To have "block list" (see USHIFT-1087) make any sense, we need to add Patch version as well.
      (Rationale: if we need to support upgrade from X.Y-1, then with just major and minor, we don't get any value)
