The customer wants to use devices with multiple NICs and to control which interface MicroShift uses and whether traffic from the other interface will reach MicroShift. The "northbound" interface will be used by an agent on the host to reach out to a cloud service. The "southbound" interface will be for MicroShift's API server and services running on MicroShift (inbound traffic from other hosts will access the services).

We need to document at least one way they can accomplish this, to demonstrate that it is possible.

We should not need to make any code changes for this.

After we have docs in openshift/microshift, we need to consider which content should also go to the official documentation.
