      Configure one hot standby worker as

      /subsystem=modcluster/mod-cluster-config=configuration/dynamic-load-provider=configuration:remove
/subsystem=modcluster/mod-cluster-config=configuration/:write-attribute(name=simple-load-provider,value=0

      register with balancer
