Embedded version of Undertow is creating 686MB out of 766 MB total memory being taken by org.xnio.nio.NioXnioWorker. There are no exceptions in the logs to indicate a root cause. This happens to servers running on multiple platforms and in multiple data centers. The issue never occurred when Jetty 7.x was the embedded servlet container.
