the Ajp connector only publish the client certificate not the full chain

      When using ajp with mod_jk (JkOptions +ForwardSSLCertChainJKOption), only the client certificate is published to the servlet request. Attached a patched version of BasicSSLSessionInfo.java (based on tags/1.1.0.Final).
