Support "rspauth" in Digest auth header

      Apache HttpClient5 recently introduced "rspauth"  in Digest auth header (see please https://github.com/apache/httpcomponents-client/pull/594). While testing the new client version with Apache CXF and Undertow transport, it turned out that DigestAuthorizationToken is not able to parse such Digest header and fails with:

      java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: UT000025: Unexpected token 'rspauth' within header
