Jar files access are blocked by default

At least with Wildfly 8.1.0.Final the project undertow blocks jar files access.
This prevents using JNLP out of the box, for example.

Configurations, if any, should be in Wildfly undertow subsystem section and not by a io.undertow.servlet.handlers.DefaultServlet servlet defined in web.xml (that hooks up the application with this application server).
