READ_TIMEOUT is not taken into account in HTTP2 listener

      READ_TIMEOUT socket option is not taken into account when configured in the HTTP2 listeners. In other open listeners like ajp or http ReadTimeoutStreamSourceConduit and WriteTimeoutStreamSinkConduit are set to the channel but not in HTTP2.
