Update wildfly-openssl dependency

      Let's update version of wildfly-openssl library used for tests that utilizes OpenSSL security provider to latest version. It makes no sense to keep it with the current version which is quite old now.

      Note: after this is merged, the number of failing tests with this will drop from cca 330 to cca 13. These should be investigated and fixed and we may consider running these tests in GitHub CI too.
