DMI_RANDOM_USED_ONLY_ONCE error reported by spotbugs

    Description

      In UNDERTOW-2093 there was a DMI_RANDOM_USED_ONLY_ONCE error reported by spotbugs added into the spotbugs-exclude.xml file to ignore it. Based on latest discussion there, we may want to mitigate the error after all by following the advice described here - in general reuse instance of SecureRandom instead of throwing it away after each use.
