      According to specification all ServletContext modification methods must throw UnsupportedOperationException if ServletContext was passed to the ServletContextListener.contextInitialized(jakarta.servlet.ServletContextEvent) method of a ServletContextListener that was neither declared in web.xml or web-fragment.xml, nor annotated with WebListener
