Artifacts io.undertow:undertow-servlet-jakartaee9 and io.undertow:undertow-websockets-jsr-jakartaee9 are built as part of the undertow project but they are not deployed during maven life cycle.
Currently they are deployed to maven central using script "jakartaee9/deploy-jakartaee9-artifacts.sh".

This is a problem for productizing those artifacts as it is not possible to run the deploy script on Red Hat official build systems, so those artifacts would need to be deployed without using the script.
