parseIpv6Address fails for some addresses

    Description

      I have this exception

      java.io.IOException: UT000185: Invalid IP address 2607:5300:203:5509::
      at io.undertow.util.NetworkUtils.parseIpv6Address(NetworkUtils.java:101)

       

      2607:5300:203:5509:: is a valid IPv6 according to the first validator that pop ups in a google search http://sqa.fyicenter.com/1000334_IPv6_Address_Validator.html
