    Description

      Add ability to specify "category" parameter to the "access-log" HandlerBuilder.

      The "access-log" HandlerBuilder currently accepts only the "format" parameter, so the log category cannot be changed from the default "io.undertow.accesslog". So, a user cannot separate each application's access logging to different log categories to output to different log files.
