Cross-context calls (forward/include) do not update all the session access times

    Description

      The RequestDispatcher does not call updateSessionAccessTime in both sessions when a forward/include is executed. That means that the session is not updated and, in turn, the session is not cleared with the requestDone method. This triggers the problem with distributable in JBEAP-15508 (on of the sessions is locked).
