Undertow loses requests under load on HttpServerExchange.dispatch

Client gets a socket timeout where the server is unaware of an active request. This is only reproducible in parallel and with an exchange.dispatch.

I am unable to reproduce this failure without TLS.

It is less frequent when IO threads is set to 1. If I dispatch the request to the same IO thread, it is no longer reproducible.
