Add possibility to specify reuseXForwarded value of the ProxyHandler that gets created by ModCluster

Right now it's possible to set maxRequestTime and maxRetries, but not reuseXForwarded.

When Undertow with ModCluster is already behind another reverse proxy, it's useful to be able to have control over X-Forwarded-For-* headers.
