Improve SecureExchangeAttribute to use HttpServerExchange#isSecure() instead of HttpServerExchange#getRequestScheme()

Improve SecureExchangeAttribute to use HttpServerExchange#isSecure(), which was added as a part of the fix for UNDERTOW-1182, instead of using HttpServerExchange#getRequestScheme().
