Adding IPV6 loopback address ::1 is not accepted by IPAddressAccessControlHandler and throw IllegalArgumentException "Not a valid IP pattern %s" .

Using the full format of the address as 0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001 is accepted
