Hypershift and TRT have agreed on a goal to get Hypershift jobs to blocking on CI, possibly as an aggregated job. The Hypershift team reports that there are many ways the org and and do break Hypershift and given it's strategic importance, we would all like to see it blocking payloads to prevent regressions from slipping through. Doing so will benefit from all infrastructure provided by TRT (aggregation, sippy, alerting, etc)
