[sig-arch] Managed cluster should ensure platform components have system-* priority class associated [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel]

Showed up in https://amd64.ocp.releases.ci.openshift.org/releasestream/4.12.0-0.nightly/release/4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-11-14-141149 as not having enough results, which is extremely weird. Is this test not always recording a junit?
