Run AWS proxy job on payloads with up to 3 retries and add to install analysis to get one clear install

Check into the install analysis job that we got at least one success.

Will need to expand the analyzer to filter down to just proxy jobs.

Need to make sure the analyzer runs long enough to cover 3 attempts for one job. (suspect this is already working) Reportedly 4h now.
