Description
Happening on CI and nightly payloads. It appears to be both SDN and OVN.
It started with https://amd64.ocp.releases.ci.openshift.org/releasestream/4.12.0-0.ci/release/4.12.0-0.ci-2022-08-16-134117
The diff is underwhelming, not many changes. Since SDN is affected, I don't think the OVN PR's could've caused this. The only remaining candidate is https://github.com/openshift/csi-driver-shared-resource-operator/pull/53, where I floated a revert.
