Description
4.12 ci azure failed 3x in a row, once on watchdog gaps, and 2x on alert/etcdGRPCRequestsSlow.
4.11 ci azure is also failing, and no obvious code changes so I'm assuming this is all a cloud infra problem. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2108192 for watchdog mentioned storage issues, but I don't see those messages in the logs.
Will investigate.
