From CI arch call Jun 16, we would like to provide the networking team with a solid view of sdn vs ovn pass rates. Investigate if we have this data displayed today well or not. Add new views if possible.

Two new sippy instances filtering to sdn/ovn is an option proposed.

There are about 25 ovn jobs today, 125 sdn. We want to limit sdn jobs to only those that compare to ovn jobs, and possibly skip ovn jobs that have no sdn equivalent.

Sippy's jobs will can select multiple jobs from the list and press analyze at the bottom to see pass rates for the jobs and top failing tests. This would get us pretty close just a pain to do manually, but then the link could be shared.
