Today 4.10 - 4.11 minor upgrade jobs count the 4.10 install as a 4.11 install in the top level indicators on main overview for 4.11.

These should not count. In a perfect world we'd add them to the 4.10 indicators but this will be more advanced. For now we just want to get them out so we can improve our install success signal.

These jobs should be flagged with upgrade-minor variant and thus fairly easy to filter out.
