      PR https://github.com/openshift/aws-ebs-csi-driver/pull/301 is causing blocking job failures in the ci amd64 payload.

      • The aws-ebs-csi-driver-controller deployment is crashing with multiple container restarts (csi-attacher, csi-provisioner, csi-resizer, csi-snapshotter all restarting 3+ times). This PR rebases the AWS EBS CSI driver to upstream v1.55.0, which is a major version bump that directly affects the crashing component. The hypershift-e2e-aws job passed in all 4 previous rejected payloads and in the last accepted payload, making this a new regression introduced in the current payload. Strong component match.

      Revert PR https://github.com/openshift/aws-ebs-csi-driver/pull/301 to restore payload acceptance.
