Looks as though origin#30525 merged enabling OTE for CCM-AWS.

4.22.0-0.nightly-2026-02-01-095950 is failing aggregated-aws-ovn-single-node-upgrade-4.22-micro due to failures caused by `Conformance requires at least two nodes` which won't work for single node.

      Impacted tests:

[cloud-provider-aws-e2e] nodes should set zone-id topology label [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel]

[cloud-provider-aws-e2e] nodes should label nodes with topology network info if instance is supported [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel]
