      hypershift AKS jobs are deterministically failing on both 4.22 and 4.21 CI payloads, PTAL. Both started failiing between 23rd and 24th. There's barely anything in the 4.21.0-0.ci-2026-01-24-220538 changelog so both streams failing at the same time probably means it's not caused by actual payload changes
