TRT-2324 includes a request for Sippy to display the code path associated with a test. OTE has test metadata but this isn't currently persisted anywhere.

For this card we want to review cmd_runsuite and ExtractAllTestBinaries to see if we can create an autodl artifact containing, at a minimum, the test name and the repo that contains it. More information like the full path to the test would be ideal.

This gives us a start for OTE. A secondary goal would be to include information for the tests in origin as well.
