Test count for Installer's Feature Gate has different logic [1] than other FGs, as there is no classic e2e tests for installer.

But if I go into Sippy's Feature Gates page [2], and select/click GCPClusterHostedDNSInstall feature gate, Sippy still searches Name contains FeatureGate:GCPClusterHostedDNSInstall (see attached "filter_screenshot.png"), is the filter correct? I thought it would search something like "install should succeed" in the filter.
