Normally we filter out pending alerts from the smaller spyglass intervals we display by default. To see them you must go to the full file which is much larger and more noisy.

However for some performance related pending intervals, it would be helpful to see what was in that bad state when tests were failing. Whitelist some cpu and etcd alerts to include their pending intervals in the spyglass intervals file.
