We would like to modify the triage tab in the regressed tests modal to only show active triages, those with an open regression. (limit to a release)

Then adding a separate page (outside the modal now) to list all triages including older ones now closed, or with no active regressions but were left open.

Add a Button over the report table, similar to Show Open Bugs today, which links you to the new page.

This new page should allow you to open the per Traige Update page to view all details and make changes.
