      slack thread discussing failure releated to ovn-kubernetes change causing aws-edge-zones failure, that change was intended to fix the original OVNKubernetesResourceRetryFailure issue.

      ovn-kubernetes#2557 was reverted in part due to this issue as it contained the fix for the original issue and appeared not to be the fix. It also contained a perma failure for aws-edges-zones job.

      origin#29594 came in to both CI and Nightly payloads where this started significantly increasing and also has a number of presubmit failures for aws-ovn-fips
