Building off of the work done in TRT-1984 we would like to add the ability to select ad-hoc date ranges to query the big query data. We are currently prevented from this functionality using postgres materialized view and this would allow teams to look back for a longer or shorter periods as desired.

This would not use an intermediate scheduled query but caching the data for specific test analysis and dates would allow the results to be shared and or viewed multiple times without causing the data to be queried every time.

Before proceeding any further we need to identify a reasonable deliverable for this. 

Provide longer view for Feature gates allowing them to dig into the runs as well as the analysis?
Provide ad-hoc query ranges for Test Analysis not all of the widgets (like Overall Results) can be swapped out so how to handle?
