CNV-52649 is resolved and now all of CNV (a.k.a Openshift Virtualization) components comply with the openshift.io/required-scc annotation and that test shouldn't be failing anymore.

Please consider moving virt layered product back to the main view in sippy so we'll have a better visibility, probably by reverting https://github.com/openshift/sippy/pull/2363.
