Describe your feature request or bug:

My team is working on Cluster Observability Operator, it is an entry of other Observability UI functions, for example, Logging UI, Tracing UI, Incident Dashboard and etc. These functions are from different teams and it brings difficulties in collecting test results and then decide whether should go on the release or not.

How to create a similar component readiness dashboard like OCP Core? whether our case is supported? Thanks for your attention!
