When accessing the authenticated Component Readiness URL (https://sippy-auth.dptools.openshift.org/sippy-ng/component_readiness/main?view=4.18-main), the "Linked Bugs" section remains stuck in the "Loading..." state. The API endpoint https://sippy-auth.dptools.openshift.org/api/tests/bugs?test=%5Bbz-apiserver-auth%5D%20clusteroperator%2Fauthentication%20should%20not%20change%20condition%2FAvailable responds with HTTP 501 Not Implemented.
