Starting with this nightly 4.18.0-0.nightly-2024-09-13-080248, we see disruptions during node reboots that affects aws, azure and gcp jobs. This can be seen in the out of change jobs in the previous accepted payload 4.18.0-0.nightly-2024-09-13-024933. We are experimenting with some revert while teams debug this.
