We want to have the following:

• Switch the existing vsphere-upgrade-micro job in release-controller to a vsphere-upgrade-minor
• Move the vsphere-upgrade-micro job to a periodic with frequency of once per day

The reason is that the team feels that the higher priority upgrade (from customer perspective) is the minor upgrade.
