Very few job runs, but appears to be something up here.

It looks strikingly similar to the metal ingress problem from OCPBUGS-33357, but I do not know if the two share any ingress paths. This needs to be established and routed to correct teams.

See if the symptoms look the same between the two. (interval analysis)
