Starting with 4.16.0-0.ci-2024-03-19-142209, we are seeing:
Failed: suite=[openshift-tests-upgrade], [OLM][invariant] alert/KubePodNotReady should not be at or above info in ns/openshift-marketplace
This is happening in all 3 aggregated jobs and aws-sdn-serial and causees the 4.16 payload to fail. here's the aws-sdn-serial job
Pulling node logs, I see in
