We get questions about what the install-analysis-all and overall-analysis-all jobs are doing fairly regularly. I think the view on Spyglass is not intuitive, and we should try to make it so it's easy to 1) understand what the job is doing, 2) see the failures.

Right now the job-run-summaries dominate the spyglass view, can we produce a better view that prominently shows the failures?
