      All TestRuns data and views can go. Keep backups for views and snapshots for tables.

      Delete variant columns off Jobs table, the view that joins in from the variant registry should now be used. Fixed anything that breaks but I've tried to find all refs prior to this already.

      Delete JobRuns, Alert_JobRuns, BackendDisruption_JobRuns.
