Restore loki logging for the last batch of jobs

We're already sending all aws, azure, gcp, metal, and vsphere. There are a few left which we can enable by removing the temporary filter block here in the hosted-loki step, and then monitoring to make sure we don't push past that 20MB/s on the dashboard we hope to add soon.
