When using the self provisioned Elasticsearch (via es-operator) the certificates etc are automatically configured.

When a user wishes to use their own existing Elasticsearch cluster, they are currently required to perform the same configuration manually.

To make this as painless as possible we should provide some documentation on the necessary steps the user should follow.
