Add compatibility matrix for receivers and exporters of Red Hat Build of OpenTemetry documentation

Current situation:

In the current documentation for each receiver presents compatibility details in the form of descriptive paragraphs or we need to examine configuration examples to determine the compatibility.

• There is no standardised or tabular format that clearly indicates:
  • Which type of data (logs, metrics, traces) each receiver supports.
  • Which exporters are compatible with each receiver.

• As a result, it's difficult determine:
  • Whether a receiver can handle the type of data they intend to collect.
  • Which exporters can be used to forward the data it receives.

A matrix showing the compatibility between receivers and exporters along with the types of data (logs, metrics, traces) each supports would significantly help address the issues described above.
