Description: Currently, the Tracing UI requires users to modify additional parameters (e.g., filters, number of traces, or time range) before traces from a selected Tempo instance or tenant are displayed. Since we now show the Run Query button for custom queries, there is no direct way to refresh the Tracing UI when a Tempo instance or tenant is selected.

Expected Behavior: Selecting a Tempo instance or tenant should immediately update the Tracing UI to display relevant traces without requiring further changes.
